Before you begin

At Current AI, we're working with others to build public interest AI using open source technologies. We launched the Gap Map to map the components of the AI stack, and Alpha Chat, a chatbot built in only 8 weeks thanks to the open source community.

With this survey, we'd like to understand how you use AI and what influences your choice of tools, and to imagine together what features our communities need. By sharing your experience, you'll help shape who Alpha should serve first, which tasks we prioritize and what would make public interest AI useful in your work or community.
